Please note that all of our garments are generously cut and will fit up to the greater of the dual size.
All Jump garments are completely machine washable at 40°C. We do not recommend our products be tumbledried as this can cause fading and shorten the lifespan of your Jump garment. Watch out for those hot irons on fleece garments, they will make like the Wicked Witch of the West and melt.........no ironing required!!
Delivery & Returns
Stock permitting, we aim to have your orders despatched within 48 hours of receipt If any part of your order is out of stock we will notify you accordingly and despatch the item/s as soon as possible at no additional charge.
If you would like your purchase gift wrapped and delivered to a third party please indicate when ordering and we will do this at no extra charge.
Our standard UK delivery cost is £3.95. Parcels are sent via first class Royal Mail (recorded delivery) larger orders will be sent via courier at no extra charge. Guaranteed next day delivery within the UK is available at an extra charge, please contact the office for this service.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to order submission. Standard costs to the USA, Canada and Japan are £11.85, and to Europe are £7.90.
The simplest way of ordering is through our secure online shop using your credit or debit card (we accept all major credit cards). At the checkout you can also choose to ‘pay by invoice’ – this allows you to pay by cheque. You will be given a sales invoice, which should be printed and sent with your cheque (made payable to ‘Jump Kids Ltd’) to us. However if you prefer, you are welcome to call our office where we will take all the details, and your payment, over the phone.
We operate a ‘no quibbles’ returns policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 28 days of purchase in its original condition, and we will replace or refund as requested. We recommend use of recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
